Hi, I’m Bree Harris. Buildwell was created from my firsthand experience helping build operational systems inside a rapidly growing church environment.
From pre-launch through rapid growth, I had the opportunity to help build many of the systems that supported ministry behind the scenes — volunteer structures, communication rhythms, ministry workflows, weekend execution, team alignment, and the countless operational details required to help a growing church function well week after week.
Through that experience, I saw firsthand that healthy growth does not happen accidentally.
Without strong systems, even healthy organizations eventually begin to feel the strain of growth. Communication becomes reactive, important follow-up slips through the cracks, teams feel stretched thin, and leaders often spend more time managing problems than focusing on people.
